The University Prep Panthers tipped the host University Prep Science & Math Cobra basketball team by a final score of 50-43 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 8. University Prep will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Pioneers enter the game with a 27-3 record after their 80-11 non-league win over Voyageur Academy (Detroit, MI).

With the defeat, University Prep Science & Math moves to 8-12 on the year.
