The Cedar Ridge Raiders (Round Rock, TX) baseball trounced the host Magnolia West Mustangs (Magnolia, TX), 17-4 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Raiders now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Friendswood for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. Cedar Ridge will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over South Houston (South Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-2.
With the defeat, Magnolia West drops to 4-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Brenham (Brenham, TX) to clash with the Cubs in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. The Cubs go into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Brenham lost 9-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Fulshear (Fulshear, TX)
