The Conway Wampus Cats (Conway, AR) baseball trounced the host Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR), 12-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Wampus Cats now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Russellville for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. Conway will clash with a Cyclones team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Maumelle (Maumelle, AR). The Cyclones record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Central drops to 2-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. The Bruins go into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
