The Sardis Lions baseball squad (Boaz, AL), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Hokes Bluff Eagles (Hokes Bluff, AL)

With the triumph, Hokes Bluff moves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to New Hope (New Hope, AL) to confront the Indians in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 8. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 5-3. New Hope won 5-4 in their recent non-league contest against North Jackson (Stevenson, AL)

The Lions now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Guntersville for a non-league contest on Friday, March 7.
