In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Milford Mill Academy Millers basketball team scored a close 47-44 win over the Franklin Indians.

The Millers (18-7) will now prepare for their contest against South River (Edgewater, MD). The Seahawks come into the non-league contest with a 23-3 record. In their last contest, South River edged Decatur (Berlin, MD), 57-45, in a non-league contest.
