California High School Volleyball - Roseville can't get by Placer

The Placer Hillmen edged the visiting Roseville Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Hillmen confront the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a Foothill Valley game, on Tuesday, March 11. Placer will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Miners go into the game with a 6-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Oakmont (Roseville, CA).

The Tigers (1-6) will now prepare for their game against River Valley (Yuba City, CA). The Falcons go into the Foothill Valley game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, River Valley was edged by Vacaville Christian (Vacaville, CA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
