The Golden Gophers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Montevallo was overwhelmed by Indian Springs (Pelham, AL), 9-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Helena Huskies (Helena, AL) in a 6A Area 7 outing, on Tuesday, March 11. Bessemer City will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Huskies go into the outing with a 3-5 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL).
