Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, SC) and the visiting Timberland Wolves (St. Stephen, SC), saw Georgetown's soccer squad hold off Timberland by a score of 1-0.

The Bulldogs (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Loris (Loris, SC). The Lions enter the AAA Region 5 battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Loris tipped Aynor (Aynor, SC), 1-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Wolves confront the Academic Magnet Raptors (North Charleston, SC) in a AA Region 6 battle, on Thursday, March 13. Timberland will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
