Grove Ridgerunners (Grove, OK) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Grove moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Ridgerunners host Sallisaw (Sallisaw, OK) to meet the Black Diamonds in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 11. The Black Diamonds come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Riverfield Country Day for a non-league test on Monday, March 10. Sequoyah will meet a Ravens team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Wright Christian (Tulsa, OK). The Ravens record now stands at 0-2.
