The Fernandina Beach Pirates triumphed over the host Riverside Generals lacrosse team by a tally of 15-0 in Thursday's league match.
Next up, the Pirates confront the Matanzas Pirates (Palm Coast, FL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, March 13. Fernandina Beach will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
The Generals (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Providence School (Jacksonville, FL). The Stallions come into the 1A D4 battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Providence School was overwhelmed by Creekside (St. Johns, FL), 16-1, in a non-league battle.
