Cristo Rey Jesuit Lions (Houston, TX) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Faith Christian Saints (Pasadena, TX), 8-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Cristo Rey Jesuit moves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Bob Hope (Port Arthur, TX) to meet the Eagles in a All TCAL Teams test on Friday, March 28. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-4.

The Saints now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Beta Academy for a test on Thursday, March 13. Faith Christian will meet a Fighters team coming off a 2-1 league win over Bob Hope (Port Arthur, TX). The Fighters record now stands at 6-2.
