South Carolina High School Softball - Wardlaw Academy drops to Hammond

March 6, 2025: Johnston, SC 29832

The Wardlaw Academy Patriots softball squad (Johnston, SC), was routed 18-1 in Thursday's non-league contest with the visiting Hammond Skyhawks (Columbia, SC)

With the triumph, Hammond improves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Skyhawks travel to Augusta Christian (Martinez, GA) to face the Lions in a SCISA AAAA Region I contest on Tuesday, March 18. The Lions enter the contest with a record of 1-1.

The Patriots now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Richard Winn Academy for a contest on Friday, March 7.
