The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the West Lauderdale Knights (Collinsville, MS) and the visiting Leake Central Gators (Carthage, MS), observed West Lauderdale's softball team prevail over Leake Central by a tally of 15-0.

The Knights (6-6) will now prepare for their bout against Stone (Wiggins, MS). The Tomcats go into the non-league bout with a 5-4 record. In their last bout, Stone knocked off St. Patrick (Biloxi, MS), 4-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Gators clash with the J.Z. George Jaguars (North Carrollton, MS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 17. Leake Central will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 15-14 non-league loss to Water Valley (Water Valley, MS).
