The Lynn Bears softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Phillips Bears to 0 in the Bears non-league win on Thursday.

The Bears now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sulligent for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 11. Lynn will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Cordova (Cordova, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Phillips moves to 0-7 on the season. The Bears host Hubbertville (Fayette, AL) to confront the Lions in a non-league battle on Monday, March 10. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 1-3.
