Next, the Tigers play the Mandeville Skippers (Mandeville, LA) in a 5A District 6 challenge, on Thursday, March 6. Slidell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Skippers enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 11-3 league win over Northshore (Slidell, LA).

The Rebels (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Scholastica (Covington, LA). The Doves enter the 4A District 8 challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Scholastica edged Ursuline Academy (New Orleans, LA), 15-0, in a non-league challenge.
