Florida High School Baseball - Baker loses to Freeport

March 6, 2026: Freeport, FL 32439

In Friday's non-league bout, the Freeport Bulldogs (Freeport, FL) baseball squad the visiting Baker Gators (Baker, FL), by a tally of 8-5.

Next up, the Bulldogs encounter the Donelson Christian Academy Wildcats (Nashville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 10. Freeport will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Battle Ground Academy (Franklin, TN).

With the defeat, Baker drops to 7-3 on the year. The Gators travel to Central (Milton, FL) to clash with the Jaguars in a Rural District 1 challenge on Monday, March 9. The Jaguars go into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Central won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against L.E.A.D. Academy (Pace, FL)
