Milby Buffs (Houston, TX) supporters exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their baseball team beat the visiting Sharpstown Apollos (Houston, TX), 14-0 in a league game.

The Buffs (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Galena Park (Galena Park, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 5A Region III District 21 game with a 8-5 record. In their last game, Galena Park defeated Sterling (Houston, TX), 7-0, in a league game.

Next, the Apollos face the Spring Woods Tigers (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 21 game, on Monday, March 9. Sharpstown will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 3-9 record after their 7-0 league loss to Waltrip (Houston, TX).
