Texas High School Baseball - Turner nipped by Sunset

The Sunset Bison nipped the host Turner Lions baseball squad by a score of 5-4 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Bison battle the Adamson Leopards (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 13 test, on Tuesday, March 10. Sunset will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Leopards go into the test with a 1-5 record after their 16-1 non-league win over Samuell (Dallas, TX).

With the defeat, Turner drops to 2-7 on the year. The Lions travel to Highland Park (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Scots in a 5A Region II District 12 test on Friday, March 13. The Scots enter the outing with a record of 4-1.
