Louisiana High School Basketball - Pitkin holds off Anacoco

March 6, 2026: Pitkin, LA 70656

The Pitkin Tigers basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Anacoco Indians to 68 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 25-16 record. They play next when they travel to Lacassine for a non-league game on Monday, March 9. Pitkin will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 66-62 non-league win over Hicks (Leesville, LA). The Cardinals record now stands at 29-9.

With the loss, Anacoco falls to 32-5 on the campaign.
