Texas High School Softball - Covington bounces Blum

In Friday's league match, the host Covington Owls softball team scored a tight 12-8 triumph over the Blum Bobcats.

With the triumph, Covington upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Owls travel to Frost (Frost, TX) to play the Polar Bears in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 10. The Polar Bears enter the game with a record of 3-2. Frost lost 21-4 in their recent league game against Italy (Italy, TX)
