Arizona High School Baseball - Higley holds off Paradise Valley

Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) and the host Paradise Valley Trojans (Phoenix, AZ), saw Higley's baseball squad knock off Paradise Valley by a count of 10-6.

Coming up next, the Knights play the Millennium Tigers (Goodyear, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 10. Higley will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 7-2 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ).

The Trojans now possess a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fairfax for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 9. Paradise Valley will play a Stampede squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Centennial (Peoria, AZ). The Stampede record now stands at 4-2.
