The Mt. Hermon Yellowjackets baseball team (Mt. Hermon, LA), was overwhelmed 20-8 in Monday's non-league outing with the host Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA)

The Wildcats now hold a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Independence for a 2A District 9 outing on Monday, March 14. Varnado will confront a Tigers team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Family Christian (Baton Rouge, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-0.

Next, the Yellowjackets confront the Sumner Cowboys (Kentwood, LA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 15. Mt. Hermon will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
