The Ardmore Tigers softball team scored 23 runs and limited the visiting Mae Jemison Jaguars to 0 in the Tigers league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Ardmore improves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Tigers host Athens (Athens, AL) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, March 14. The Golden Eagles come into the game with a record of 8-2.

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the East Limestone Indians (Athens, AL) in a 5A Area 16 game, on Tuesday, March 8. Mae Jemison will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL).
