The Big Sandy Wildcats routed the host Carlisle Indians softball squad by a count of 26-0 in Monday's league battle.

The Wildcats (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Union Grove (Gladewater, TX). The Lions go into the 2A Region III District 19 battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Union Grove topped Jefferson (Jefferson, TX), 10-3, in a non-league battle.

The Indians now sport a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Overton for a 2A Region III District 19 battle on Friday, March 11.
