Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Spartanburg, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Landrum Cardinals (Landrum, SC), 17-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Nation Ford for a AAAAA Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 15. Boiling Springs will face a Falcons squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Landrum falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Chapman (Inman, SC) to face the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 14. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 1-3.
