Concordia Cardinals (Round Rock, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Faith Academy Flames (Marble Falls, TX), 18-10 in a league challenge.

The Cardinals now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Central Texas Christian for a TAPPS Division III District 3 challenge on Thursday, March 10. Concordia will battle a Lions squad coming off a 17-9 league loss to Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Faith Academy falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Flames host Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX) to battle the Knights in a TAPPS Division IV District 3 challenge on Monday, April 4. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 3-2.
