The Crisp County Cougars (Cordele, GA) baseball trounced the host Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane (Fitzgerald, GA), 7-1 in Tuesday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Cougars play the Hampton Hornets (Hampton, GA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, March 8. Crisp County will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Hornets enter the contest with a 5-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Eastside (Covington, GA).
