The Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA) volleyball were winner over the visiting Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, Portola betters its record to 6-9 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Segerstrom (Santa Ana, CA) to face the Jaguars in a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 8. The Jaguars go into the outing with a record of 5-9.
The Lightning now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Woodbridge for a Pacific Coast outing on Thursday, March 9. Sage Hill will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-4.
