Franklin Patriots (Livonia, MI) followers left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their ice hockey team nip the visiting Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI), 5-4 in a non-league match.

The Patriots (23-19) will now prepare for their match against Garden City (Garden City, MI). The Cougars enter the non-league match with a 12-16 record. In their last match, Garden City was nipped by Redford Union (Redford, MI), 8-3, in a league match.
