In Tuesday's non-league battle, the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) lacrosse squad edged the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), by a count of 11-10.
Coming up next, the Mavericks clash with the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 10. Marvin Ridge will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record.
The Mustangs now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ardrey Kell for a Southwestern/So Meck battle on Thursday, March 9. Myers Park will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 13-7 non-league win over Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.
