Savannah Arts Academy Panthers (Savannah, GA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Vidalia Indians (Vidalia, GA), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers confront the Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA) in a 2A Area 3 challenge, on Friday, March 10. Savannah Arts Academy will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 4-3 league win over Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA).

The Indians now possess a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Tattnall County for a 2A Area 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 14.
