The Sardis Lions softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Geraldine Bulldogs to 1 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Sardis improves its record to 2-4 on the year. The Lions host Arab (Arab, AL) to clash with the Knights in a non-league game on Thursday, March 9. The Knights come into the game with a record of 0-2. Arab lost 8-0 in their recent non-league game against Madison County (Gurley, AL)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Valley Head Tigers (Valley Head, AL) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 13. Geraldine will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 2-5 record after their 14-13 non-league win over Brindlee Mountain (Guntersville, AL).
