The Pinkston Vikings softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Roosevelt Mustangs to 0 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Pinkston improves its record to 8-6 on the year. The Vikings host Lincoln (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 4A Region II District 12 game on Friday, March 10. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 0-1. Lincoln lost 19-2 in their recent league game against North Dallas (Dallas, TX)

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Carter Cowboys (Dallas, TX) in a 4A Region II District 12 game, on Friday, March 24. Roosevelt will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
