North Carolina High School Softball - Southeast Raleigh knocked off by Riverside-Durham

March 7, 2023: Raleigh, NC 27610

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Riverside-Durham Pirates (Durham, NC) softball team overwhelmed the host Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC), by a margin of 22-2.

With the triumph, Riverside-Durham moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Pirates travel to Southern Durham (Durham, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 9. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 1-2. Southern Durham lost 17-0 in their recent non-league contest against Northern Durham (Durham, NC)

In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Enloe Eagles (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, March 9. Southeast Raleigh will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 26-9 non-league loss to Millbrook (Raleigh, NC).
