Box Elder Bears (Box Elder, MT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Harlowton/Ryegate Engineers (Harlowton, MT), 69-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Box Elder upgrades its record to 25-3 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Manhattan Christian (Manhattan, MT) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 9. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 29-1. Manhattan Christian won 48-42 in their recent non-league bout against Lustre Christian (Frazer, MT)

Next up, the Engineers play the Grass Range/Winnett Rangers (Grass Range, MT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 8. Harlowton/Ryegate will attempt to advance on its 15-5 season record. The Rangers go into the test with a 21-7 record after their 47-28 non-league win over Melstone (Melstone, MT).
