The Minot Magicians basketball team scored 86 points and held the visiting West Fargo Packers to 61 in the Magicians non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Magicians now sport a 27-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fargo North for a non-league contest on Friday, March 8. Minot will meet a Spartans team coming off a 70-65 non-league win over Century (Bismarck, ND). The Spartans record now stands at 17-8.
The Packers (11-17) will now prepare for their bout against Century (Bismarck, ND). The Patriots come into the non-league bout with a 19-7 record. In their last bout, Century was crushed by Fargo North (Fargo, ND), 70-65, in a non-league bout.
