The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) and the host Woodcreek Timberwolves (Roseville, CA), saw Nevada Union's lacrosse team top Woodcreek by a margin of 15-4.
The Miners (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Falcons enter the Foothill Valley challenge with a 3-2 record.
The Timberwolves (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Roseville (Roseville, CA). The Tigers enter the Foothill Valley challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Roseville was overwhelmed by West Park (Roseville, CA), 16-10, in a league challenge.
