St. Joseph Academy Bloodhounds (Brownsville, TX) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting TMI-Episcopal Panthers (San Antonio, TX), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bloodhounds confront the St. Michael's Crusaders (Austin, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 8. St. Joseph Academy will attempt to better on its 15-3 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 18-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX).

The Panthers now have a 6-8 record.
