The Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls softball team scored 21 runs and limited the host Crockett Bulldogs to 0 in the Fighting Owls league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Anderson-Shiro improves its record to 12-2 on the year. The Fighting Owls host Onalaska (Onalaska, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a 3A Region III District 23 game on Tuesday, March 19. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 0-15.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Coldspring-Oakhurst Trojans (Coldspring, TX) in a 3A Region III District 23 game, on Tuesday, March 12. Crockett will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record.
