Mississippi High School Softball - Tupelo can't get by Madison Central

The Madison Central Jaguars softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Tupelo Golden Wave to 10 in the Jaguars league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Madison Central moves its record to 1-5 on the year. The Jaguars host Florence (Florence, MS) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, March 8. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 6-4. Florence won 7-0 in their recent league game against South Jones (Ellisville, MS)
In their next game, the Golden Wave clash with the Germantown Mavericks (Madison, MS) in a 7A Region 2 game, on Friday, March 22. Tupelo will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record.
