Skyline Vikings (Scottsboro, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Valley Head Tigers (Valley Head, AL), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Collinsville for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 8. Skyline will face a Panthers squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Gaston (Gadsden, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Valley Head falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Geraldine (Geraldine, AL) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 8. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Geraldine won 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Asbury (Albertville, AL)
