The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Marion County Red Raiders (Guin, AL) and the visiting Brilliant Tigers (Brilliant, AL), saw Marion County's baseball team gain a win over Brilliant by a tally of 11-1.
The Red Raiders (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against Winfield (Winfield, AL). The Pirates enter the non-league battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Winfield prevailed over Hackleburg (Hackleburg, AL), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Tigers face the Vina Red Devils (Vina, AL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 17. Brilliant will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
