Arizona High School Baseball - Rio Rico loses to Desert View

The Rio Rico Hawks baseball squad (Rio Rico, AZ), was overwhelmed 13-9 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ)

With the triumph, Desert View moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ) to encounter the Lancers in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 13. The Lancers enter the bout with a record of 2-0.

The Hawks (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Ironwood Ridge (Tucson, AZ). The Nighthawks enter the non-league bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Ironwood Ridge edged Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ), 10-9, in a non-league bout.
