The Falfurrias Fightin' Jerseys baseball squad (Falfurrias, TX), was overwhelmed 12-5 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Miller Buccaneers (Corpus Christi, TX)

With the triumph, Miller moves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Buccaneers host Alice (Alice, TX) to confront the Coyotes in a 5A Region IV District 29 contest on Monday, March 10. The Coyotes come into the contest with a record of 5-7. Alice lost 5-3 in their recent non-league contest against Clemens (Schertz, TX)

The Fightin' Jerseys now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Raymondville for a non-league contest on Friday, March 7. Falfurrias will confront a Bearkats squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over King (Kingsville, TX). The Bearkats record now stands at 7-2.
