North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Jack Britt drops to North Brunswick

North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the host Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC), 8-3 in a non-league game.

With the victory, North Brunswick improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 11. The Hurricanes come into the game with a record of 2-0. Cape Fear Academy won 17-4 in their recent non-league game against West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC)

The Buccaneers now have a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pinecrest for a United 8/All American/Sandhills game on Monday, March 10. Jack Britt will play a Patriots squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 3-1.
