In Friday's non-league bout, the Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA), by a score of 12-4.
Next up, the Warriors encounter the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 12. Cherokee will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record.
The Chiefs (6-4) will now prepare for their bout against Woodstock (Woodstock, GA). The Wolverines enter the non-league bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, Woodstock was overwhelmed by Creekview (Canton, GA), 6-0, in a non-league bout.
