With the triumph, Richlands improves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC) to play the Cardinals in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 11. The Cardinals enter the game with a record of 1-4.

The Panthers now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Carteret for a non-league game on Wednesday, March 12. East Duplin will play a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 3-0.
