The Harker Heights Knights softball team scored 19 runs and held the host Killeen Kangaroos to 0 in the Knights league win on Friday.

The Knights now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bryan for a 6A Region II District 12 battle on Tuesday, March 11. Harker Heights will confront a Vikings team coming off a 14-2 league loss to Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, Killeen moves to 1-10 on the season. The Kangaroos travel to Shoemaker (Killeen, TX) to confront the Wolves in a battle on Tuesday, March 11. The Wolves come into the battle with a record of 14-6. Shoemaker lost 10-0 in their recent league battle against Midway (Waco, TX)
