The Hull-Daisetta Bobcats softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Spurger Pirates to 0 in the Bobcats league win on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crockett for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 11. Hull-Daisetta will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Woodville (Woodville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Spurger moves to 0-2 on the season. The Pirates travel to Good Samaritan HomeSchool (Fred, TX) to confront the Hornets in a non-league battle on Friday, March 14. The Hornets come into the battle with a record of 9-1. Good Samaritan HomeSchool won 2-1 in their recent league battle against Word of God Academy (Shreveport, LA)
