The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Thrall Tigers (Thrall, TX) and the host Little River Academy Bumblebees (Little River Academy, TX), observed Thrall's softball team get by Little River Academy by a tally of 4-0.

The Tigers (8-7) will now prepare for their bout against Franklin (Franklin, TX). The Lions go into the 3A Region III District 19 bout with a 10-2 record. In their last bout, Franklin tipped Connally (Waco, TX), 17-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bumblebees clash with the Rogers Eagles (Rogers, TX) in a 3A Region III District 19 bout, on Tuesday, March 11. Little River Academy will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 10-4 non-league loss to Groveton (Groveton, TX).
